| They were ahead of schedule. Their work was very detailed and neat so that the installed equipment blends in as well as can be with the house siding. They even offered winterizing instructions again for the first winter if wanted. Excellent to work with. |
| They recommended a change in where the pipes would go at the last minute, which overall was a good change, but gave us no time to react to minor issues - like pipes going through a closet, not in the wall. |
