 | Allura Solar company, over-all were wonderful to work with. There were delays in some of the equipment to install the project, but we figured that is always bound to happen, and didnt feel it was Allura Solars fault.
I dont recall any followup from the company, on how to monitor the system or training. Maybe my husband should have filled out this survey, but I was the one here when it was installed.
So far, no problems.
The State appointed solar INSPECTOR was a pain in the ass. The first issue was him being a no-show even though the State set the time for him to come, not the homeowner. I do wish Allura Solar was on site when the Inspector came. He asked me questions about our system that I had no clue how to answer. We are happy NOT to have to rely on oil or other fossel fuels, and we like that it is little/no impact on the environment.
