| The only problem we are encountering is the north-south setting of our system is costing us more than the 15% we were told. We still have a power bill and if we had that 15% we would not. | 1.) All Electric was also completely satisfactory in helping me with the California rebate paperwork.
2.) I have had 2 big jobs (the solar and a barn wiring) with All Electric; both have been commpleted in a timely manner. I have had several smaller projects also; on these I have sometimes had to make repeated calls to get the work done I was a chemistry/physics/sciencs teaacher, so I had been following the development of PV for some time. Several years earlier I picked up soome literature at a home show; I met once with those people and thought I knew more about PV than they did. About 6 months before my deal with All Electric, I read a feature in the Appeal-Democrat about an installation Victor Krambo (All Electric) had done for Botanica Landscaping. I called Victor, he came out to my place, and he was obviously knowledgeable on the subject; we went from there.
